Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with [Mate-T-Shop]. All our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process, which means each item is specially created after you place your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Preference change after delivery
  • Minor color variation due to screen display

Please check size charts carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

We will gladly provide a free replacement or refund if you receive:

  • Damaged item
  • Printing defect
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size sent by us

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Packaging photos (if damaged)

3. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be made to original payment method
  • COD orders may require bank details

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. After production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Non-Delivery / Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within expected timeline, please contact us. We will investigate and offer replacement/refund if applicable.
